Ceremonial Cacao Recipe:
Here is a simple ceremonial cacao recipe that is adaptable to your personal preferences. Craft your perfect cup of ceremonial cacao and invite more mindfulness, intention, and magic into your life.
Step 1: Heat Your Liquid
Heat 2 dl of water or vegan milk until hot, but don’t boil, and add into a blender.
Step 2: Add Ceremonial Cacao
Add 2-3 tbs of your cacao of choice.
(For the cacao block: chop it with a knife and cutting board.)

Step 3: Sweeten to Taste
Add a sweetener of your choice. We love 2-4 fresh dates or 1- 2 tbsp of raw honey.
Step 4: Add Salt and Flavor Enhancements (Optional)
Add a pinch of salt.
Optional to add: Cayenne, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Adaptogens like Reishi, and/or Maca. Only your imagination can stop you here!
