    1-2 chili peppers, finely chopped
    Pinch of ground cinnamon
    Pinch of vanilla (optional)
    Honey to sweeten (optional)

    Instructions:

-Bring the water to a gentle simmer in a large pot.
-Slowly add the chopped ceremonial cacao, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.
-Add the finely chopped chilli peppers, a symbol of energy and strength in Mayan tradition.
-Stir in a pinch of cinnamon and, if desired, a touch of vanilla for depth.
-If sweetness is preferred, add honey to taste.

Once all the ingredients are well integrated, remove from the heat. Traditionally, the mixture is then poured back and forth between two containers to create a frothy top.
