Red reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum): This is an adaptogenic mushroom also known as "the king of mushrooms" as Reishi is a true superfood.
Marshmallow root has been used for millennia as edible food with a lot of healing properties.
Turmeric has been used for over 4,000 years in the Ayurvedic tradition and has become popular in recent years as part of an anti-inflammatory diet.
Himalayan salt: We love using salt in our Cacao because it enhances the delightful Cacao flavor.
We recommend adding a sweetener of choice. We love af date or two or a tablespoon of raw honey.

Where does Ceremonial Cacao come from?
We work with the women's collective Ruk'u'x Ulew for our cocoa blends. They are a collective 100% owned by women and they are passionate about producing handmade ceremonial cocoa which you feel when you drink it.
Each bean is fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and peeled by hand. It is ground in small batches and becomes a unique, handmade cocoa with a traditional cocoa taste.
With every purchase of this heart-opening cocoa, you support the Mayan people through direct ethical trade and help them preserve their spiritual traditions and values in this way.

Recipe for Ceremonial Cacao
Spicy and soothing Ceremonial Cacao:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of our UNWIND cacao mix
- 1 tablespoon of our 100% Ceremonial cacao
- 1 dl warm water and 1 dl warm coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey or 2 dates
Instructions:
- Heat the water and coconut milk until hot, but not boiling.
- Add our ceremonial cacao and all other ingredients including sweetening
- Pour all the ingredients into your blender and mix for about 20 seconds
- Sip. Bliss. Repeat
Ceremonial Cacao Chai recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of our UNWIND ceremonial cacao mix
- 1 spice measure cinnamon
- 1 spice measure cardamom
- 2 dl warm coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
- Heat the coconut milk until warm, but not boiling.
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Sweeten with honey or agave syrup as needed and enjoy this warm, spicy chai-inspired cacao to soothe the mind.
Vanilla-Infused Golden Milk Cacao:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of our UNWIND ceremonial cacao mix
- 1 spice measure cinnamon
- 1 spice measure cardamom
- 2 dl vegan milk of your choice - we love coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- A pinch of organic vanilla powder or a vanilla pod (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the milk, but do not let it boil.
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Sweeten with honey or agave syrup to taste and enjoy the creamy and aromatic taste of this vanilla-infused Golden Milk- SO good!
